A man in the Oakland, California area has reportedly been sentenced to six months in prison and three months of supervised release in relation to visa fraud charges. According to reports, the man pleaded guilty in this matter where he allegedly lied on petitions to have 11 foreign workers to come to the UI.S. on temporary work visas. The man reportedly falsely claimed that the people had job offers with Gap, Wells Fargo Bank and Genetech.
