A Delavan, Wisconsin man is going to spend six years in prison for possession of cocaine and marijuana. As a result of these charges, Elpido Garcia will also likely be deported back to Mexico for the second time after his prison term is served. After stopping Garcia's truck because of an obstructed windshield, the officer smelled alcohol and searched the vehicle to find the marijuana and cocaine. Garcia will have to serve his prison time before being deported.
