Couple Fights Deportation

A couple in the New Jersey area is reportedly fighting a deportation order. Rica Tonog has applied for permanent residency based on a work visa, but this was rejected as it was reportedly that her employer was not financially capable of sponsoring foreign workers. The company that was sponsoring her husband's work visa has shut down so he is in the same situation at this time. Rica has cancer of the uterus so she has been hoping to continue her treatment in the U.S. Now the two are hoping to get their deportation deferred.
