The law firm was formed in 1984 by Marshall G. Whitehead and is a full service immigration law firm. Before that, Mr. Whitehead was a partner in the Phoenix law firm of DePrima and DeLeon. The law firm consists of two attorneys, Marshall G. Whitehead and Monika Sud-Devaraj, who together have over thirty years of immigration law experience.
