Attacker Now Being Deported

A man who allegedly entered the U.S. illegally three times and recently assaulted a female will now be deported. The man was sentenced to 18 months in jail and then deportation upon serving that time. The man had been charged with three felonies of assault, stalking and sexual abuse.
