Georgia House Wants Proof of Citizenship

It is being reported that a majority (94 members) of the Georgia House Republicans have reportedly demanded proof of citizenship for political candidates. The bill has reportedly been signed that would require all candidates for U.S. president and vice president to prove their citizenship before being allowed to appear on the Georgia ballot. Now, the bill has a good chance of passing unless House leadership intervenes.
