A group of protestors in the Charlotte, North Carolina area who were arrested by officials at an immigration rally will reportedly not be facing deportation. According to reports, there were about 10 to 15 people arrested who are living in the U.S. illegally. However, it has been decided to not put detainers on the protestors. None of the people who were arrested had criminal records which is what the current focus is on in regard to deportation.
