A Gwinnett County, Georgia teenager has been charged with throwing a bleach-filled balloon and now is in risk of deportation. Juan Flores threw the balloon out of a moving van and left the person who was struck with temporary blindness. Federal immigration officials are currently investigating Flores' citizenship.
