Deportation
Deportation usually refers to the removal of illegal immigrants or aliens. Even if an illegal immigrant has resided in a country for a long period of time, he or she may still be subject to deportation. All countries reserve the right to deport illegal immigrants at any given time. However, deportation typically involves the exclusion of people who are wanted by other countries for committing serious crimes. Deportation is handled and regulated by the country’s government, not the country’s courts.
